Honda CBX1000Z 1981

This is a UK CBX1000Z 1979 model first registered 1981.

The bike has been totally mechanically rebuilt and sympathetically cosmetically restored, at a cost of over £10,000 with receipts.

It is full UK spec including all the hard bits to get including correct acorn Mirrors, long rear mudguard, VB carbs, 5 bolt alternator cover etc etc.

We have completely rebuilt and repainted the engine, including , new cam chains , new cam chain tensioners, new primary chain, new oil pump chain valves reground. Bores honed , new piston rings, crank re set up etc.

The master cylinders have been rebuilt , and all the brake lines have been replaced, new coils have been fitted, the alternator has been rebuilt , new oil cooler hoses have been fitted, new rectifier-regulatory fitted, new Battery , new HT leads , new spark plugs etc etc.  The carbs have also been completely rebuilt and rebalanced.

The bodywork has been freshly repainted by Dream Machine.

The bike starts, runs and rides like new and looks fantastic. A superb collectable classic.
